Can I visit your studio?
Yes, please let us know in advance! By appointment only. Please send us an email if you want to visit the studio!

Where can I purchase your letterpress cards?
All of our products can be purchased through our online shop or from a number of independent shops in Hong Kong. For details of our retailers, visit this link.

Some of the cards are only available for overseas order. Please kindly pay attention to the product descriptions before you add the items to your shopping cart.

Do I need to register before making a purchase?
Yes, you must create an account with us in order to process the check out process and purchase the selected items, it only takes a few moments!

What is your refund and return policy?
You may return your orders within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, providing that the orders are unopened and unused (all shipping costs are non-refundable). The refunds will go through to you once we have received the returned orders. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for personalized orders.

How do I report a problem with my order?
Simply send us a message via this link or reply us with the confirmation email and we will get back to you asap! Remember to include the order number!

How do I track my order?
Tracking is only available if you have chosen a shipping method that includes tracking. You may track your order by clicking the 'track your order' tab once you have logged in.

When will I receive my order?
Worldwide shipping usually takes around 7-10 working days. It may take a little longer depending on where you are located. If you haven't received your order after 14 working days please let us know.

Do you ship outside of Hong Kong?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide!


Personalized Order

When will I receive my personalised stationery order?
The total time is about 14 - 18 working days.
The process of finalizing the personalized stationery order is about 2-3 working days, 7 working days for production, while shipping usually takes 7 working days for the delivery.

How do I order a personalized item?
Please click the "Customize" tab on the personalized items' page that you wish to purchase.

Can I see a proof?
We will email you a proof after we received the information, and your approval will be required before production.


Custom Order

How much time is needed for a custom wedding design?
The total time takes about 4-7 weeks.

Depending on the complexity and size of the project, the design takes 2-3 weeks. Once the design has been agreed, the printing and production can take up to 3-4 weeks. For wedding invitations please get in touch a minimum of 2 months prior to your big day.

How much is it?
Price varies depending on the complexity of the design, the type and size of paper and color used. Please contact us to discuss about the customization and we will get back to you with a quotation.

What is the process?
The custom design process is a simple 3-step process:

- Step 1: Personal consultation
The process begins with an in-person meeting to find out more about you and your project. Within a week of consultation, you will receive a proposal that outlines the process, timescales, costs and deliverables.

- Step 2: Design
The design process begins as soon as we have received your agreement. You will be presented with 1 design concepts that through collaboration and conversations we will choose the best possible solution. Please kindly send us some references and inspirations images that you love, and let us know more about the style that you love. You will be emailed a PDF proof to approve or edit. And we will have 2 amendments, and please specific what kind of style you like and you don't like, so we could send you the revised version based on your feedback.

- Step 3: Printing and production
Once your design is approved, we will schedule your printing and suggest you a delivery date.
